Return of goods
Under the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), consumers have 14 days to return goods in an unaltered condition and showing no signs of use (this also applies to the box).
Devices that are scratched, dirty or in crumpled boxes will not be accepted.
To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, you must:
- send a completed and signed paper copy of the declaration (template available for download here) together with the returned products,
- OR complete the declaration electronically (form available here) and return the product in a parcel marked with the return number (the number is issued once the return has been accepted).
The declaration must include the customer’s personal details, telephone number and bank account number for the refund. Failure to provide a bank account number will prevent the refund from being processed.
Only consumers (natural persons and natural persons running a sole trader business) are entitled to return goods.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels or parcels sent to a parcel locker. Devices returned without the sender’s contact details included will not be processed.
