In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), consumers have 14 days to return the goods in an unchanged condition and without signs of use (this also applies to the box).

Scratched, dirty devices in bent boxes will not be accepted.

To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us with a receipt, please fill out a statement and send it to our email address or along with the returned product(s). The statement must include the customer's personal data, telephone number, and account number for the refund. Without an account number, a refund cannot be issued. The statement can be downloaded here. The statement may be handwritten.

Please contact us by email in advance. If we are not informed in advance about the return of the product, the refund procedure may take longer.

Only consumers (natural persons and natural persons conducting sole proprietorship) are entitled to return the goods!
