Delivery terms

We deliver products available in our store in the manner chosen by the customer. Delivery of small-size goods is free of charge within Poland for orders over PLN 250. The following delivery methods are available:

Courier delivery (prepayment, cash on delivery)
InPost parcel lockers (prepayment, cash on delivery)

We strive to ship ordered products as quickly as possible, usually within one business day. If a product has an extended delivery time, this information is provided on the product page.

We ship goods outside Poland. If your country is not listed on the order form or you wish to pay in dollars/euros, please contact us in advance by email or phone. It may not be possible to ship certain products abroad (e.g. due to their size). For products shipped outside the EU, the local customs office may add additional customs fees.

In the case of large-size goods, it may not be possible to purchase them on a cash-on-delivery basis.
