Complaints can only be submitted by email.

Please be sure to state the model/name of the device and describe the fault in detail. Often, the problem can be resolved without having to send the product back for repair.
Within Poland, for devices covered by warranty, we arrange for a courier to collect the product in question at our expense.
After submitting a complaint by email, please complete the complaint form and enclose it with the parcel containing the device. The form can be downloaded here. The document should include the following information: the customer’s full name, postal address, telephone number, email address, product name and reason for the complaint, date of purchase/order number, and a specific description of the fault.
Failure to include the complaint form with the shipment will significantly prolong the complaint procedure and may even make it impossible.
If the warranty period has expired, the device must be returned to our company at your own expense. Please return the product together with the required form to the following address:

The time required to process a complaint from the moment it is received by our office to delivery to the customer is a maximum of 30 days.
We do not accept cash on delivery shipments or shipments sent to parcel lockers/parcel machines. Devices returned without the complaint form or information similar to the form will not be considered.
