Complaints
Complaints can only be submitted by email.
To submit a complaint, please contact our complaints department by email at [email protected] - often the problem can be solved without returning the product to the service center.
In Poland, for devices covered by warranty, we order a courier who will collect the product subject to complaint at our expense.
After submitting a complaint by email, please fill out the complaint form and attach it to the shipment with the device. The form can be downloaded here. The document should contain the following information: customer's first and last name, mailing address, phone number, email address, product name and reason for complaint, date of purchase/order number, and a specific description of the defect.
Failure to include the complaint form with the shipment will significantly prolong the complaint procedure and may even make it impossible.
If the warranty period has expired, the device must be returned to our company at your own expense. Please return the product together with the required form to the following address:

The time required to process a complaint from the moment it is received by our office to delivery to the customer is a maximum of 30 days.
We do not accept cash on delivery shipments or shipments sent to parcel lockers/parcel machines. Devices returned without the complaint form or information similar to the form will not be considered.
